What size of schools do you work with? I work with west Texas schools that have just a few students to schools that have hundreds of students, from daycare through high school.

When are you available to come to our school? We will discuss availability once we begin to communicate. I can do both fall and spring sessions. If you need these images for a publication with a deadline, please keep in mind that your post-processing could take up to one month.

What should the school expect? Once we set your date, I will ask for class lists and parent contact information. Then, on the day of your session, I’ll take a quick tour of your campus to find an appropriate space to set up. From there, I’ll take care of the rest. Images will be edited and sent to parents in a private online gallery. They will be able to purchase downloads and prints from their gallery, and I will be able to answer any questions, so you don’t have to! The school will also receive a private gallery that includes all images taken from your session. Sessions include; student photos, staff photos, and class photos.

How expensive are the images? I offer a variety of a la carte items as well as packages that are competitively priced. (See a Sample Price List Here) Please note prices are subject to change. Schools will receive 10% of profits from purchases.

What should parents expect? Parents should expect to receive a link to a private gallery via email up to a month after the session date. This gallery will include up to five photos in both color and black and white. I will do my best to capture various expressions from each child. However, this is dependent on the cooperation of each child. From your gallery, you will be able to purchase downloads, prints, and canvases. The prints and canvases will be delivered to the school and you will be notified via email when they are dropped off. Downloads will be available for immediate access.
